I enjoyed reading the long history of environmentatlism through quotes in this book. It was good to connect with people centuries up to just years ago, knowing that I am not alone in my concern about the planet. This is a great, quick read that even has some nice commentary by the author with each historic quote.

I loved the idea of a niche book of quotes for the green & environmental people. Some where mind blowing – really cool stuff. Its a book everyone should have on their bookcase. I really found it usefully to the blogs, articles I write in this niche. Great book.
