The 1950’s was a very industrious decade. Great inventions, the suburbs and baby boomers all came from the 50’s but was that all that happened? I want people to educate themselves about the past and not to accept what is given to them in white washed history books. Fascism: The Bloody Ideology of Darwinism Foreword Two 20th century dictators who drowned mankind in blood: Hitler and Mussolini Fascism is known as an ideology that was born and flourished in the 20th century. It spread rapidly across the world in the wake of World War I, with fascist regimes coming to power in Germany and Italy in particular, but also in such countries as Greece, Spain and Japan, where the people suffered greatly from the oppressive and violent methods employed by their governments. Against this oppression and violence, they could do little more than cower before it. The fascist dictator and his administration heading such systems, where brute force, aggression, bloodshed and violence were the rule of the day, sent waves of terror throughout the society with their secret police and fascist militia, paralyzing the people with fear. Furthermore, fascist administration was implemented in almost all levels of society, from education to culture, religion to art, the governmental structure to the military system, and from the policing organizations to peoples’ private lives. Ultimately, World War II, initiated by fascists, was one of the gravest calamities in the history of mankind, leaving as many as 55 million dead. A view of the “German bombing of London,” taken from the cover of the Illustrated London News However, fascism is not an ideology found only in history books. Although today there are no states that call themselves fascist or who practice it …

*READ* The Gay Civil Rights Movement started in 1749. And today we still don’t have full civil rights. It’s been 260 years of fighting we have been doing and we still don’t have all our civil rights. It took 72 years for African Americans to get full civil rights. Look at the difference between the numbers 260 years and 72 years. 260 years is a long time. We have been fighting this fight longer since before the African American Civil Rights Movement in 1896. Also the fact is that the whole LGBT history and our whole Civil RIghts Movement is ignored. LGBT History is ignored in school history books and it is not considered American history or even Civil Rights Movement by some people. Comment & Rate please. Lou V of www.paperbacknovel.com provides video coverage of the South Ferry #1 Line Subway Station in NYC — about to close forever and go into the history books. It features a curved platform and retractable metal platform extenders that automatically branch out to help people on and off trains. The station is about to close and be replaced with a new station, which will not have a curved platform — rather trains will end at the station, and take off in opposite direction. The charm and interesting engineering of this station will be lost. The new station will feature wheelchair accessibility, but I think they could have spent a lot less money by simply adding an elevator to the existing station, and a plastic runner on top of one of the metal extenders. The NYC MTA denigrates the existing station, reasoning that passengers have to “wait for retractable floor grates to close the gap between the doors and the sharply curved platform before heading up the stairs to use the single station exit. The MTA is committing $517 million to usher the original 1905 South Ferry station into the 21st century.” Read the full story with pix at http .

President George W. Bush and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown just completed two days of talks at the Camp David presidential retreat. This isolated mountain retreat, named for President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s grandson, is located 100 kilometers north of Washington, DC. 81 hectares in area, it is reserved for the private use of the President of the United States. Press access to the resort is tightly restricted, except for the occasional photo opportunity. VOA’s George Dwyer was able to speak with some area residents who live in the shadow of Camp David to discuss its effect on their communities. Camp David has served US presidents and their families as a summer hideaway since 1942 — offering a cool mountain respite from the sometimes-stifling summer heat of Washington, DC But Camp David is also used at other times of the year, as a uniquely private place for both business and relaxation. “Camp David is an isolated area. Tourists cannot get close to it, it is fenced off (and) there is a large amount of government property there,” says Presidential historian Michael Barrone. He says the camp’s isolation also makes it an ideal location for hosting foreign leaders and staging, sometimes, intensive negotiations as well. “President George W. Bush has hosted foreign leaders there –P rime Minister Tony Blair of Britain, who’s just recently retired as Prime Minister, and several others have gone up there. And President Jimmy Carter conducted negotiations at Camp David with …

After fifteen years of research and at a cost of over a million dollars, the filmmakers have discovered brand-new evidence that reveals the first man in space was NOT Yuri Gagarin, as all of the history books had reported. This new evidence unequivocally proves that there was another cosmonaut who crash-landed and the entire event was covered-up by not only the totalitarian Soviet government and KGB, but also the US Air Force and CIA, who actually had tracked and recorded the ‘pre-Gagarin’ flight. In addition, Yuri Gagarin’s subsequent decline into mental illness, depression, alcoholism and mood swings, are now exposed as a result of knowing he wasn’t the first man in space. In addition, new evidence presented in this documentary now shows that Gagarin was murdered by the KGB in a phony jet crash seven years after his flight into space, that his body was never recovered and his whereabouts are still unknown – even though there was a magnificent funeral amidst much pomp and circumstance as Gagarins ‘ashes’ were placed in the Kremlin wall. All of the history books of the world will have to be changed to accommodate the new truths as revealed in this documentary. Check out www.Indicanpictures.com and www.globalscience.biz. The song was performed by the famous Russian singer, Ella Goncharova (Boder), who was essentially the Russian equivalent to Cher back in the 60s and 70s.

DISCLAIMER/INFO BELOW When most people speak or read about Native American people, their culture, their traditions, their plight, it is often done from the viewpoint of looking to the past. History books reveal to us, in limited scope, a few of the famous names of those who fought, and often died, whilst trying to protect and ensure that their people, their culture, were not extinguished forever by the rapid advance across America by the white invaders. The exploits of those famous warriors, and their people, make fascinating reading. The wholesale murder of innocent women and children in the massacre’s of that distant past still make uncomfortable reading today. When one looks upon those weather lined faces depicted in the old black and white photographs, it is hard to understand from where they got their courage, the determination, their fighting spirit, to take on the overwhelming challenges that faced them. But they did. And the truth is, you can still see that look of courage, determination and fighting spirit in the faces of their descendants today. For there are still those today who carry on the traditions and the culture that were handed down to them by their forefathers. The present day people of Turtle Island, and Canada, have not finished writing their own page in the history books of tomorrow. Most images are made by Getrude Kasebier from the Native American Sioux in the period around 1890-1898 and downloaded from the Smithsonian Institute website DISCLAIMER …
