*READ* The Gay Civil Rights Movement started in 1749. And today we still don’t have full civil rights. It’s been 260 years of fighting we have been doing and we still don’t have all our civil rights. It took 72 years for African Americans to get full civil rights. Look at the difference between the numbers 260 years and 72 years. 260 years is a long time. We have been fighting this fight longer since before the African American Civil Rights Movement in 1896. Also the fact is that the whole LGBT history and our whole Civil RIghts Movement is ignored. LGBT History is ignored in school history books and it is not considered American history or even Civil Rights Movement by some people. Comment & Rate please. You forgot to mention Kertbeny Károly who coined the words: homosexual, bisexual and heterosexual also monosexual.
As stated for pt 2…BrAvO! You have shown that we as a people are still awaiting our equal rights. IF you’ve watched part one be sure to see part 2!
lol I think its funny that sex between woman was never illigel till 1910 just because heterosexual woman always say that men had it made in the 1800s
Homosexuality in Holland was decriminalised in 1811 under the Napoleonic laws introduction (we were under French reign back then).
In 1946, the C.O.C. (pronounce Say oh Say, not the other one lol) was founded (literal translation Center for Relaxation and Culture), but mainly underground. This slowly changed. Who could have believed 50 years later gay marriage would be legalized (2001)? ;D
You make cool videos!
fecal freaks!
You’re right but Obama does believe in civil unions. But I think he should call it something different than civil unions.
Maybe voting for Obama was not the greatest idea (as a gay right activist). While he was against Prop 8 in California, he has said numerous times he is against gay marriage:
