Susie Walton has raised four happy and successful young men and has helped raise thousands more in her work as a Parent Educator. In her new book, Susie shares stories from real families who have used the skills learned in the Redirecting Children’s Behavior (RCB) course, leading readers through many different scenarios that parents deal with as their children develop.
Separated in chapters based on myths that many of us have grown up with, Susie follows up with a new idea along with stories from RCB graduates and her four kids to further inspire you as you implement these strategies into your daily routine.
Parents, educators and anyone working with children will benefit from reading this book!

I just finished reading Susie Walton’s book and I’ve found new hope in my ability to parent. I have two boys, 1 and 3, and don’t have a lot of free time. This book was easy to pick up and read, even if I only had 5 minutes at a time, and every time I picked it up I was enlightened and inspired to keep going, focus more on my relationship with my kids, instead of all the other distractions that always seem to pop-up during the day, and remember to have fun!
This book is a must read for any parent, at any stage of the game. As parents we need all the helpful advice we can get and this book is a true parenting gem.

This is an incredible book! It’s easy to read and perfect for the busy family! The chapters are short enough to read when you have even a short period of time to yourself and yet the content & value are GREAT! The way Susie breaks down the tips into tangible, easy pieces made it easy to follow and implement into our family. As a result, we are talking more, sharing more and operating more consistently with our commitment to a cohesive, cooperative, thriving family! And the stories are AWESOME and fun to read! This book is a MUST for any family – regardless of the ages of your children! It will transform your family life and give parents a better appreciation of themselves and their children.
