Great practical parenting advice. Made me take a good long look at how I handled issues in the past. I’ve read it once and I’m going to read it again. It’s an easy read. IT JUST MAKES SENSE! I’m going to gift it to family and friends. It’s never too late to be the parent/person God wants you to be.

Dr. Myers shares practical and realistic ways to help every child (before and after the teen years) learn to control her/his emotions and behaviors. It is our responsibility as parents to shape our children into the leaders they can become. This text helps every parent learn to recognize our own parenting style, the love/learning styles of our children and how we can work through those differences with accountability and without blame and anger. As a public school educator and administrator through 2 decades, I see the posiibility of these techniques to change the lives of our most vulnerable souls. Dr. Myers gives sound advice for all prospective parents, parents, grandparents and everyone who loves children.
